Just make sure:

1. The product is unused
2. All packaging, cards, and details are still with it
3. It looks the same way it arrived — ready to be loved by someone else

We don’t accept returns on used or written-in items (because your story is yours once the ink hits the page).

 

B# If There’s a Problem with Your Order

Things happen — If your item arrives damaged or defective, dm us with a clear photo/video as soon as you open it.

We’ll replace it immediately.
